Our group classes are conducted as small group training, with no more than 5 max/Equipment & TRX, 6 max/Mat & Barre, and 10 max/Zumba & Yoga. Clients are able to receive one on one attention and correction at an affordable rate in groups. Our group training is designed to physically condition the body. Please note that our group classes are intended for fitness purposes for relatively healthy bodies.
Private Sessions are available for those seeking specific results, with existing injuries, or who want personalized programs. Clients with postural deviations or existing physical limitations are strongly encouraged to take private package series to help correct these issues before entering into group classes.
Most people start out with little to no Pilates experience. Sessions are 55 minutes. Pilates should be practiced 3-4 times per week for optimal results, using both Mat and Equipment training, either in studio or at home. Home programs can be designed for clients.
New Equipment (Reformer) clients must complete 1-2 private sessions in which posture will be assessed, safety issues discussed, and fundamental principles taught. New Equipment clients are STRONGLY encouraged to take our 'Intro to Pilates' package!!
Privates are not required, but are encouraged for Mat, TRX, Barre Fusion, or 1/3s.
Zumba and Yoga do not require a private session.
Equipment classes add resistance to the Pilates repertoire to challenge your core, extremities, and flexibility. You will use the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector, as well as classic props. Maximum of 5 clients per group class. 1 CoEd Wednesday @ 5:15pm currently on schedule. 55 mins. 25+ groups classes available/week. $20 standing reservation.
The focus will be on developing core stability – increasing the strength of the pelvic floor muscles and hips, developing arm and back muscles to promote good posture and prevent strain as your pregnancy progresses, improving breathing, and gently working with oppositional stretches. Prenatal Pilates increases flexibility in a gentle way, appropriate to the changes of the pregnant body while balancing and strengthening your muscles. The combination of intentional breathing and controlled and expansive exercises all help to make the body comfortable in crucial areas like the shoulders and neck, lower back, and hips/pelvis. The absolute BEST way to strengthen your core! Based on Joseph Pilates original principles, you will build strength through a series of mat exercises. Please note that this is considered a semi-private Mat class. It differs from a "gym" mat class in that our instructors responsibility is not to perform the program, but to cue, correct, and modify to ensure that clients are executing properly. We only except 6 clients per Mat class and it is considered Intermediate/Advanced. 55 mins. Wednesday @ 12:15. $15 standing reservation. TRX Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. It uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. You can minimize your training time by working your whole entire body switching from one exercise to the next in just seconds. Every exercise you have to engage your core. Combining the core work and spring resistance of the Reformer with the challenge of TRX for the upper body. This is a great class for those looking to work on upper body strength, but who have back and knee issues which the Reformer will address. 55mins. Monday 6:30pm, $20 standing reservation.
A specialty small group class that incorporates the Reformer Jumboard for intervals of Cardio and traditional repertoire, as well as TRX for upper body conditioning. A fun and fast paced class to help with weight loss. 55 mins. Friday 8:15am, $20 standing reservations.
Fusing Pilates and Yoga core principles and isometric ballet movements to target the rear end, thighs, abs, and arms. We use the ballet barre, mat, and weights to sculpt! Ballet experience not necessary. An intense 55 min class!! We except no more than 6 clients per class so that the instructor can correct each client as needed. Our intructors are certified in anatomy and movement biomechanics to help identify compensations and to offer modfications as needed. 55 minutes. Monday 5:30pm, Tuesday 12:00pm, Thursday 5:15pm. $15

Vinyasa, or Power, yoga is a brisk moving athletic style of yoga that marries breath with movement. If you like a challenge, you'll love this class! 55 minutes, Thusday 12:00pm. $7
Hatha yoga is the foundational discipline on which nearly all other styles are based. It is slow paced stretching that is not too difficult, simple breathing exercises, and perhaps relaxation meditation. Viniyoga is more personalized and emphasizes gentle flow and coordinated breath with movement. Both are suggested for beginners, and seniors, those who are in chronic pain, or healing from injury or disease. 55 minutes, Friday 10:15am, $7
